چکیده
The cloud-based solutions are becoming inefficient due to considerably large time delays, high power consumption, and security privacy concerns caused by billions of connected wireless devices typically zillions bytes data they produce at the network edge. A blend edge computing Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques could optimally shift resourceful computation servers closer edge, which provides support for advanced AI applications (e.g., video/audio surveillance personal recommendation system) enabling intelligent decision making on point generation as when it is needed, distributed Machine Learning (ML) with its potential avoid transmission dataset possible compromise that may exist in centralized learning. Besides, deployment redesign end-to-end communication attracting attention improve performance. Therefore, interaction communications generates a new concept, named native networks. In this paper, we conduct comprehensive overview recent advances intelligence networks under umbrella networks, focus design learning architectures heterogeneous AI-enabled computing, communication-efficient technologies learning, AI-empowered communications. We highlight advantages hybrid compared state-of-the-art techniques. summarize challenges existing research contributions identify future opportunities.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are consist of independent distributed sensors with storing, processing, sensing and communication capabilities to monitor physical or environmental conditions. There are number of challenges in WSNs because of limitation of battery power, communications, computation and storage space. In the recent years, computational intelligence approaches such as evolutionar...

Adequate coverage is one of the main problems for distributed wireless sensor networks and The effectiveness of that highly depends on the sensor deployment scheme. Given a finite number of sensors, optimizing the sensor deployment will provide sufficient sensor coverage and save power of sensors for movement to target location to adequate coverage. In this paper, we apply fuzzy logic system to...

Detecting anomalies is an important challenge for intrusion detection and fault diagnosis in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). To address the problem of outlier detection in wireless sensor networks, in this paper we present a PCA-based centralized approach and a DPCA-based distributed energy-efficient approach for detecting outliers in sensed data in a WSN. The outliers in sensed data can be ca...

Mobile sensor networks rely heavily on inter-sensor connectivity for collection of data. Nodes in these networks monitor different regions of an area of interest and collectively present a global overview of some monitored activities or phenomena. A failure of a sensor leads to loss of connectivity and may cause partitioning of the network into disjoint segments. A number of approaches have be...
